Pre Ballet (Ages 4-5. Student must be age 4 by Aug 31, 2008 to enroll). Introduces basic ballet technique in a play-based environment. |

Ballet Technique (Ages 5 and up. Students must be age 5 by Aug 31, 2008 to enroll). Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Divisions. Concentrating on Russian technique, students must master steps taught, strength, body alignment and turn-out before moving to the next class level. |

Pre Tap (Student must be age 4 by Aug 31, 2008 to enroll). Tap Technique (Ages 5 and up. Students must be age 5 by Aug 31, 2008 to enroll). Offered to all those who enjoy the vigorous fun of tap dancing. Emphasizes tap technique, clarity, agility and speed. Students must master steps taught before advancing to the next class level. |

Jazz Technique (Ages 8 and up. A minimum of one year ballet training is recommended.). Program based on classical jazz technique -- addressing placement and aesthetic line and setting these movements to classic jazz and contemporary popular music. |

Pointe (Student must be at least 11 1/2 years old with a minimum of two years ballet training). Instructor permission is required to enter this program, based on steps mastered, strength and proper body alignment. |

Modern Technique (Ages 10 and up. Minimum of two years ballet training required). A 20th-Century derivative of classical ballet. This course favors movement as the expression of the abstract. |

Stage Gymnastics/Tumbling (Student must be age 6 by Aug 31, 2008 to enroll). A complement to the dancer's all-around dance technique, this program focuses on basic gymnastic principles and lifts for floor exercise and stage performance. Increases flexibility and strength. |
